Job Details

Job Title: Sr. Business SME 2 Learning Consultant
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Remote
Client: State Of ME

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate content creation requests for priority, scope, and business need to present to the Content Development Team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with departments and agencies to improve enrollment.
  • Act as the face of the program, engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage LMS administration tasks and generate reports.
  • Review and verify procedural documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide input into the analysis and delivery of e-Learning modules across all phases: intake, analysis, development, QA, and implementation.

Top 3 Skills:

  1. e-Learning Content Development experience.
  2. Partnership building and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Demonstrated ability to review and verify procedural documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous Learning Management Systems experience preferred.
