Detailed Job Description:

• Good in Genesys Cloud Architecture, creating call flows, chat flows, email flows, Outbound and On Queue flows.
• Should have overall experience of 5-6yrs and must have experience of building Cloud environment.
• Proficient in creating & handling development of IVR(VXML) and Routing strategies using IRD and Composer for Voice and eServices.
• Experience in Platform API integrations, Embedded Framework integration, Widgets (Chat & Cobrowser) and other options available in Genesys Cloud including Custom Reports and Survey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud architecture best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to cloud security.
• Participate in project planning and execution, including defining project scope, identifying dependencies, and developing detailed work plans.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
