Process Engineer IV

Location: hybrid opportunity (3 days in office) - Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 months + extension and opp to convert
Job Description:
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Process Engineering
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term
  • Process Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

Skills:
  • 6-7 years of experience
  • Strong writer
  • Financial institution highly preferred, specifically big bank experience
  • AI/Automation experience would be great to add to the design of the CMS of the future.
  • Experience with data models is good. Team is taking "flat files" and structuring them into the transformation
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience. They use OpenText systems. TeamSite is being adopted, currently using Web Experience Management.
