Job Description:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Process Engineering
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term
- Process Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
- Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Skills:
- 6-7 years of experience
- Strong writer
- Financial institution highly preferred, specifically big bank experience
- AI/Automation experience would be great to add to the design of the CMS of the future.
- Experience with data models is good. Team is taking "flat files" and structuring them into the transformation
- Content Management System (CMS) experience. They use OpenText systems. TeamSite is being adopted, currently using Web Experience Management.
