Technical Program Product Manager III

JOB DESCRIPTION:
XCM (Cross-Channel Marketing) has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager. You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that support the exploration and implementation of AI capabilities across geo-diverse organizations. The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of security, performance, availability, and reliability. You will act as a bridge between our technical and marketing teams, requiring strong communication and organization skills.
Other responsibilities include defining requirements, owning sprint planning across our technical teams, identifying trade-offs, communicating timely updates to leadership and investigating data and analytics problems as they arise. This role will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

This is an exciting new space that is moving fast with the opportunity to make a big impact across multiple marketing related areas.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software and data engineering teams
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Should be familiar with program management tools such as JIRA or Asana
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
- A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
- Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Familiar with SQL and/or knowledge of data tools, infrastructure and managing data requirements
