**100% Remote**

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Lead Developer to drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing programs. This role focuses on delivering high-impact email and direct mail campaigns using Adobe Campaign v8/Classic, ensuring flawless execution and compliance across all touchpoints. You will lead a hybrid team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and play a key role in shaping customer engagement strategies.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Salary: $150K - $160K

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign leadership: Own calendar, briefs, targeting rules, build/QA, and launches for Email & Direct Mail; ensure on-time, error-free delivery with clear stakeholder updates.
  • Audience & personalization: Translate business asks into segments and dynamic content using Adobe Campaign data model and templates; manage suppressions/seed lists and opt-in/opt-out compliance.
  • Direct Mail orchestration: Coordinate list pulls, QA, creative specs, vendor handoff, and match-back reporting for DM alongside digital touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work with client data/analytics teams to ensure smooth execution across martech.
  • Governance & quality: Uphold brand, legal, and privacy standards (CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CCPA); maintain documentation, playbooks, and campaign audit trails.
  • Team guidance: Provide day-to-day direction to Adobe Campaign developers and analysts; review builds, unblock issues, and maintain SLAs.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a developer for Adobe Campaign v7/v8, with deep functional and technical understanding; leading email programs; multi-channel exposure (Email & Direct Mail).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, prioritization, and project leadership in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
  • Strong segmentation and campaign workflow experience; comfortable translating requirements into executable builds and QA plans.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for audience creation and troubleshooting; comfort with HTML/CSS for email template QA.
  • Familiarity with integrations across CRM systems (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics) and Adobe stack (AEP/Analytics/Target) is a plus.
  • Nice to Have - Adobe Campaign certification (ACE), experience with transactional/real-time messaging, and exposure to FDA/API/SFTP integrations.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
