Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Ivanti Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Ivanti Neurons for Discovery and building custom integrations within the Ivanti ecosystem. This role is remote and requires a proactive, solutions-driven individual who can interface with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient automation and discovery solutions using Ivanti.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations between Ivanti and external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, JAMF, Active Directory, etc.)
• Utilize Ivanti Neurons for Discovery to identify, map, and inventory all assets across the enterprise.
• Work with stakeholders to define integration requirements and develop solutions using Ivanti APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.
• Configure and optimize Ivanti Neurons platform modules, particularly Discovery, to ensure accurate and real-time asset intelligence.
• Ensure integration solutions are well-documented, secure, scalable, and aligned with IT governance standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, data synchronization, and discovery anomalies.
• Collaborate with Ivanti support and product teams when needed to resolve platform-related challenges.
• Develop automation workflows using Ivanti Neurons' capabilities to reduce manual efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience working with Ivanti products.
• Strong experience with Ivanti Neurons for Discovery, including configuration, tuning, and deployment in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with custom integrations working with REST APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.), and middleware tools.
• Good understanding of IT asset management (ITAM) and configuration management database (CMDB) principles.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, device protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH), and discovery mechanisms.
• Experience with integrating Ivanti with platforms like ServiceNow, Active Directory, or JAMF is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
