Job Details

Skilled Infor HCM/HRT
Our client is seeking candidates with proven expertise in one or more Infor HCM functional areas. We welcome specialists in Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, or Learning/Performance Learning (LMS/L&D) to support client projects across industries.

This is a remote role, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
Focus Areas
Infor Payroll

  • Configure and deploy Infor CloudSuite Payroll solutions

  • Ensure payroll compliance, testing, and issue resolution

  • Support integrations (API, middleware, file-based) and process improvements


Infor Core HR

  • Configure and maintain Global HR (Core HR) structures and processes

  • Support employee data management, position control, and security roles

  • Partner with clients to streamline HR operations


Infor Compensation

  • Configure compensation cycles, pay programs, and salary structures

  • Support merit, bonus, and incentive administration

  • Provide testing and deployment guidance for annual compensation reviews


Infor Learning / Performance Learning

  • Configure and administer Infor Learning Management (LMS)

  • Support learning plans, performance development, and content delivery

  • Partner with HR teams to align learning initiatives with talent strategy


What We re Looking For

  • Must have hands-on experience in at least one of the above Infor functional areas

  • Strong functional understanding of configuration, compliance, and testing

  • Skilled in Agile delivery and cloud-based implementations

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
