Role: IT Support Technician II Location: Pleasanton, CA Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide End-user support for hardware and software configuration and troubleshooting.
- Assist with providing appropriate system access.
- Handle various IT tasks and projects.
- Good working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS including imaging, provisioning, file transfer, application installation, hardware and software troubleshooting.
