Job Details
Job Title: Sr. Tester (Functionality Focus: Enrollment)
Experience: 7-10 years minimum within Health Plan testing
Location: Remote anywhere in the US (Note: Offshore work is not permitted for this project)
Project Duration: 6-12 months
Important Skills:
- Proficiency in Enrollment with the ability to support several functional areas.
- Recent experience with newer versions of QNXT (Client is on version 6.0).
- Familiarity with testing tools.
- Experience with Medicaid (commercial experience is not required for this project).
- Proficiency in using Jira.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience within health plan testing, with strong proficiency in the specified functionality of this position.
- Demonstrated experience testing several other health plan/health care specific functionalities.
- Reliable equipment and the ability to participate in video meetings where team presence on screen is required.
- Hands-on experience with QNXT version 6.0.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the Enterprise Testing Center of Excellence.
- Execute comprehensive testing for enrollment and other health plan functionalities.
- Collaborate with the large QA team to ensure high-quality testing standards.
- Utilize testing tools and Jira for tracking and managing test cases and defects.
- Participate in video meetings and contribute effectively to team discussions and planning.
