Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer
Location: Miramar, FL (M-TH on-site, F remote)
Compensation: $65-72/hour
Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Genesys Cloud Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure call flows, IVRs, queues, and agent routing rules
- Implement omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, email, SMS)
- Configure and test integrations w/ external systems (CRM, WFM, etc.)
- Support voice quality, SIP trunking, SBC, BYOC Implementations
- Support provisioning and system administration for users, roles, and divisions
- Perform health checks, platform tuning, and platform upgrades
- Design and build dynamic call/chat flows using native tools (Genesys Architect, Amazon Lex, Dialogflow)
- Integrate NLP/NLU models for intent recognition and response handling
- Implement dynamic data dips (CRM, backend APIs) and self-service action
- Deploy bots, virtual agents, and agent assist features
- Intent mapping, entity extraction, and voice UX design, data actions, connectors, and error handling
