The individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining analytical models and monitoring solutions to support the organization. This role combines data analysis with deep technical expertise to drive insights, streamline business processes, and ensure smooth operation of high availability of financial transaction platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical specialists to implement and optimize monitoring tools. A key aspect of this role is the ability to architect, configure, and manage rules and alerts within various tools; Splunk, Dynatrace, SCOM, SolarWinds.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Configuration of Splunk, Dynatrace, and SCOM
• Data Monitoring & Analysis
• Dashboard & Reporting
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting
• Data Integration & Automation
• Collaboration & Documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements through automation solutions
• Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting production issues and engage with vendors as necessary
• Support release implementation, infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery testing if applicable

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with configuring monitoring tools such as SCOM, Dynatrace, SPLUNK and SolarWinds.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, technical support, and development of distributed financial services transaction processing platforms.
• Expert skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Power Platform, and AWS solutions.
• Knowledge of BI tools, data extraction and visualization tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Strong skills for querying and analyzing large log files
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Splunk Dashboards, Dynatrace Data Explorer, ServiceNow Event Management Dashboard, AWS monitoring tools)
• Familiarity with data mining and trending analysis
