Director of Sales and Business Development BFSI Fulltime/ Permanent Remote
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented Director of Sales and Business Development with expertise in the BFSI sector and a strong background in managing mid to large since accounts. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients in banking, finance and Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, proven sales acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies in client acquisition and business development in the BFSI sector, identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and manage relationships with banking, financial institutions, and fintech clients, offering customized solutions and staffing services to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive the sales process, from prospecting to closing, achieving revenue targets.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with, pre-sales, delivery and recruitment teams to align client needs.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and leverage market insights to build connections and strengthen the company s presence in BFSI staffing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; advanced certifications are a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in BFSI sector
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services roles, staffing models, and compliance standards.
