Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Employment Type: W2 Only
Experience: 14+ Years
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer (14+ years) to design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and enterprise workflows. The role involves platform customization, integrations, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Build workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, and scripts
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations
- Configure Service Catalog, CMDB, ACLs, and security
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues
- Work closely with BAs and Product Owners in Agile delivery
Required Skills:
- 14+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development
- ITSM expertise with JavaScript & Glide API
- Experience with integrations and CMDB
- Agile/Scrum experience
