Job Title: Referral Coordinator

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 12 months

Client: Major CA Entertainment Company!

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Referrals Coordinator (Contract) to support our team by managing top-of-funnel activities for employee referrals.

This role will focus on reviewing referral candidates for minimum qualifications, ensuring timely dispositioning of candidates in the system, and maintaining accurate reporting.

The role may also need to follow up with recruiters to clarify next steps or confirm candidate status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review all submitted employee referrals to ensure alignment with minimum qualifications and job requirements.
  • Disposition referrals accurately and in a timely manner within the applicant tracking system (Eightfold).
  • Communicate with recruiters for follow-ups, next steps, or for clarification
  • Track and report on referral-related activity, metrics, and backlog progress.
  • Conduct basic follow-ups if additional information is required.
  • Support continuous improvement of referral workflows and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold, Workday preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage large volumes of data consistently and accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What we're looking at:

  • Prior experience handling referrals or candidate screening (working with engineering/tech teams and candidates is a plus)
  • Basic reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data in systems
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
