Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Supply Chain Management solution design, integration, and delivery across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SCM modules, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP Supply Chain solutions including SCM, PP, MM, IBP, APO, and related modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define functional and technical requirements.
• Provide solution guidance and hands-on configuration as needed for core supply chain modules.
• Develop end-to-end process flows across Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, QM, PM, EWM, TM).
• Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and technical design meetings.
• Provide oversight during implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Work closely with developers on RICEFW objects and ensure technical deliverables align with business needs.
• Evaluate new SAP technologies and recommend enhancements for process optimization.
• Serve as SME for SCM processes and mentor junior consultants.
• Prepare design documentation, architecture diagrams, and functional specs.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SCM, PP, MM, IBP, or APO.
• Proven experience designing large-scale SAP Supply Chain transformation solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience across key SCM modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations (at least one end-to-end project preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients, business leads, and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with SAP IBP, EWM, or advanced planning modules.
• Experience in multi-country or global rollout environments.
• Ability to support pre-sales and solutioning for RFPs/RFIs.
