Job Details
Qualifications:
- 5+ years CRM engineering/development experience.
- 2+ years in a technical lead or ownership role.
- Strong CRM platform experience (any major CRM will work).
- Strong integration experience (APIs, web services, third-party systems).
- Hands-on programming with programming language relative to CRM experience.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and customer service systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Retail or e-commerce experience (store + web touchpoints strongly preferred).
Salary: $180k - $200K per annum
