Following are the key deliverables expected from a senior project manager.

Responsible for all the components of the delivery for the Project and/or Program SCOPE: o Gather and understand project scope requirement (including process, security, integration, data migration, reporting ) o Ensure the relevant team members join the KT session o Ensure HLFS are being documented and signed off by the product owner o Manage change to scope leveraging the agreed program change request process o Ensure transparency in communication about what's in and out of scope for the different waves. o Make sure all the scope element required to go live are being tested properly by DT (SIT) and by the Business team (BIT) PLANNING: o Own project milestone and detail plan covering all activities (in both DT and business) per stream (Scope/Change Management/Testing/ Security/ Data Migration/ Cutover) with clear ownership and deadline. o Ensure the plan is aligned with the overall Project and/or Program deployment and dependency with another stream flag to program manager. o Keep track of the progress with Actual Vs Plan measure to ensure control on the progress. o Ensure daily tracking of project activities and that any issue with the plan is being escalate accordingly to the escalation path. COMMUNICATION: o Own all communication for the entire project and/or program. o Communicate accurate scorecard on a weekly basis providing transparent view on where we are and what are the main risks/issues/Decision required. o Ensure any meeting have a clear agenda, minutes and all actions/risks/Issues captured are being follow through on daily basis. o Provide weekly and factual status on where we are on the different project stream including: Scope/ Change Management/Testing/ Security/ Data Migration/ Cutover. o Clearly communicate any risk/issues/decision required following up the escalation path, ensure those come with clear ask and recommendation from the team. FINANCIAL: o Own all financial for the entire Project and/or Program. o Ensure financials are accurate and following the mars guideline (Accrual, Cost and Benefit Plan ) o Ensure all project resources are submitted their time tracking in SNOW PPM. o Ensure SNOW PPM project is being progressed as per PMO guideline and all required information required for moving stage gate are being shared (e.g: TOR, SFAR ). RESOURCES: o Ensure the project have enough resources to cover the activities required Escalate any issues according to the escalation path. o Ensure roles and responsibilities are clear across the team member and everyone is clear about what's expected from him/her. o Ensure any resource of the project is being fully utilized. o Responsible to ensure the Vendor is delivering upon the expected quality and time. o Engaged the project team embracing a "one team" spirit across the different team/organization. RISKS MANAGEMENT: o Owns all the risk management for the entire project and/or program. o Ensure all RAID of the project are being capture and follow through daily. All items should have an Impact, an owner and a target due date to track upon. o Ensure any RAID impacting the program is being raised on the Program RAID tracker and shared with the program manager. GOVERNANCE: o Prepare and facilitate the Steering Group meeting according to the agreed standard (e.g: Pre-read sent 48hrs in advance) o Ensure relevant alignment is done before the steering group to avoid surprise to key stakeholders. o Ensure any escalation is being done according to the program escalation path. o Provide any relevant input to the Project and/or Program's Steering Group. o Prepare any input need for budget governance request. |
