SAP Training Support Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Training & Communication Coordinator to assist in supporting internal training programs related to SAP S4 Hana and Ariba Guided Buying. This role will support the development and delivery of training materials, coordinate sessions, and help with communication across teams.
Help prepare training materials like manuals, PowerPoint slides, or simple online courses.
Assist the trainers by organizing sessions and helping during training events.
Answer basic questions from employees who are learning to use SAP.
Send out communication (emails, updates, notices) to help people stay informed about upcoming training.
Gather feedback after training and help improve the next sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing training materials (manuals, slides, e-learning content).
Support trainers and subject matter experts during sessions.
Help coordinate training schedules and track participation.
Respond to employee questions related to basic SAP S4 Hana usage.
Assist in internal communication efforts related to training updates.
Collect feedback and help improve future training sessions.
Basic Qualifications:
Some experience with SAP S4 Hana / ECC or Ariba (as a user, coordinator, or support role).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prepare simple documentation and follow templates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Comfortable working in a team and handling multiple tasks.
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience assisting in training or user support.
Exposure to ERP systems.
Basic understanding of e-learning tools.
Education:
Bachelor s degree preferred (can be substituted with relevant experience).
