Identity Verification Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management across various domains such as Identity Governance, and Access Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with coding and scripting to work with APIs in IAM products and performing hands-on integration of Identity Verification tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement IAM solutions across multiple IAM pillars, including Identity Governance, Access Management.
* Develop and execute scripts to interact with APIs across different IAM platforms.
* Understand and apply standards such as SCIM, SAML, and OAuth2 to IAM solutions.
* Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept projects for authentication, identity governance, and user lifecycle management flows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application owners and architects, to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
* Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on scripting and API integration.
* Experience performing hands-on integration of ID verification tools such as HYPR, ID.me, Onfido, CLEAR, or iDenfy required- HYPR solutions, particularly HYPR Affirm, is highly desirable
* VERY strong understanding of IAM standards such as SCIM, SAML, OIDC, WebAuthn and OAuth2.
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
