Role - Pega Engineer

Location - Dallas, TX

Start Date: Immediate

Position Type: Full Time + Benefits (medical, 401K, PTO etc)

Job Description:

Responsible for the design, development, testing, and rollout of new features, with a particular focus on Pega s Smart Investigate module.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications with strong emphasis on security, design standards, validation, and adherence to the SDLC framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineering teams to define product requirements and objectives.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and architecture discussions.
  • Develop resilient, scalable, and secure modules leveraging cloud-native services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Pega frameworks in the banking domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega s Smart Investigate module.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-directional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pega certifications such as CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect).
  • Experience in financial services, particularly corporate cash management.
  • Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud-based development.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
