Job Details
Job Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering preferred.
- 2+ years experience in leading and managing product development.
- Planning and scheduling rapid development and a strong understanding of project planning strategies.
- Experience with product definition and specification
- Experience with management or performing of testing and debugging of hardware and software.
- Experience qualifying parts and systems for mass production preferred.
- Experience with offshore manufacturing a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft SharePoint or equivalent
- Willingness to travel overseas.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills.
- Excellent decision making skills.
- Ability to understand technical challenges in detail.
- Experience with matrix management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal and people management skills, including fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese
