Position: ETL Architect Snowflake

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned ETL Architect to design and lead scalable data integration solutions for our enterprise Snowflake Data Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Snowflake and hands-on experience with diverse data sources and ETL/ELT technologies. This role will ensure efficient data movement, transformation, and governance across heterogeneous systems to support analytics, BI, and enterprise data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ETL/ELT architecture with Snowflake as the enterprise data warehouse.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including RDBMS, APIs, SaaS applications, flat files, streaming platforms, and cloud services.
Define best practices for data integration, focusing on reusability, scalability, and cost optimization.
Lead, mentor, and guide ETL/ELT developers in building robust, high-performance pipelines.
Optimize Snowflake performance, including virtual warehouses, clustering, and query tuning.
Establish frameworks for data quality, governance, and lineage.
Collaborate with data architects, BI developers, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data delivery.
Evaluate and implement ETL/ELT tools and automation frameworks suitable for diverse source systems.
Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Stay current with Snowflake features and emerging data integration technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in ETL/ELT architecture and development.
Strong expertise in Snowflake, including warehouses, streams, tasks, Snowpipe, and data sharing.
Proficiency with multiple ETL/ELT tools: Informatica, Talend, Matillion, SSIS, AWS Glue, DBT, Fivetran.
Strong SQL skills and experience in query performance optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions.
