Job Details

Role: DOT NET Architect -W2 Location: On site in MI (relocation is ok)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the architecture and design of .NET-based enterprise applications.

  • Lead solution design sessions and guide development teams on architecture best practices.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, robust, and secure solutions.

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and architectural principles.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, and other architects.

  • Provide guidance on performance tuning, scalability, maintainability, and security.

  • Create architectural documentation, models, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years specifically as a .NET Architect.

  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET tech stack (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).

  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, SOA, cloud integration (Azure preferred).

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

  • Solid grasp of enterprise architecture patterns, design patterns, and system integration.

  • Strong experience in SQL Server, database architecture, and data modeling.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
