Job Details
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models, including GPT, GANs, and VAEs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AWS GenAI stack (e.g., Bedrock, Agentcore, Q business, Q developer, Kiro)
- Familiarity with ML/Ops processes, from development to deployment in production environments.
- Advanced skills in data visualization and model optimization.
- 5+ yearsof hands-on ML engineering experience
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with large language models and generative AI
- Experience with agents and related technologies
- AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty (highly preferred)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
- Bedrock Sage maker
Communication and Project Management:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project tracking and organizational abilities, ensuring AI projects are delivered on time and align with strategic goals.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working across teams to drive AI strategy integration and operational success.
