Position Overview:

An established healthcare organization is seeking a Manager, Corporate Compliance to oversee and review proposed arrangements with referral sources, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards. This role focuses on analyzing business practices for risk mitigation, advising internal teams on compliance matters, and supporting the organization's broader risk management initiatives.

This is a hybrid position requiring two onsite days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at the Denver, CO office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess proposed referral source arrangements for compliance risks, particularly under the Anti-Kickback Statute and related healthcare regulations.
  • Review and evaluate agreements such as medical director agreements, personal services agreements, leases, and transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritize multiple arrangement reviews and compliance projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Provide strategic compliance guidance to internal stakeholders and advise on best practices.
  • Support special projects related to healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse prevention initiatives.
  • Maintain strong documentation and reporting practices regarding compliance assessments.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare legal, regulatory, or compliance roles.
Significant knowledge of the Anti-Kickback Statute and healthcare fraud and abuse laws.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JD, LLM, or MSL degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Prior compliance experience supporting large healthcare operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 $110,400 annually.
  • Annual bonus opportunity: $10,500.
