Role - Network/Security Infrastructure Analyst
Location - 621 State Street Racine WI 53404
Roles & Responsibilities -
Provide hands-on support for CNH Industrial's North American IT network and security infrastructure including WAN, LAN, Wireless, Firewalls, SASE-VPN solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and managed service providers to ensure performance, availability, and security across enterprise connectivity platforms. This role supports CNH s digital infrastructure strategy, enabling secure and scalable operations aligned with SLAs and global standards.
Responsibilities: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position
Operate and maintain network/security infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Firewall/SASE/Remote Access) across NA locations
Assist with incident resolution and change implementation (including On-Call support rotation)
Document technical solutions and infrastructure architecture (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
Collaborate with global teams on projects, design alignment, and roadmap integration
Troubleshoot and escalate complex network/security issues with internal/external support teams
Ensure adherence to CNH security policies, architecture standards, and compliance frameworks
Govern performance of managed service providers and support audit-readiness documentation
Participate in monthly network capacity reviews and recommend improvements
Support vendor management with reporting inputs, metrics, and contract performance reviews

Requirements:
Education:
o bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Technical Skills:
o Foundational knowledge of enterprise networking: LAN/WAN, Wireless, Prisma VPN
o Experience with Cisco routing/switching and firewalls (Meraki, ASA, Palo Alto preferred)
o Familiarity with SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and SASE architectures (Prisma Access preferred)
o Hands-on troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark, NetBrain, or Whatsup Gold is a plus
o Experience working in multi-vendor, hybrid (cloud/on-prem) environments is a plus
Professional Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
o Ability to work independently and within cross-functional global teams
o Experience in an ITIL-based environment and use of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
o Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
Certifications (Preferred):
o Cisco CCNA or CCNP
o Network+, Security+, or equivalent
