Description:
The Judge Group is in search of a Technology leader to lead the business transformation efforts of a US business division for a global manufacturing leader. As the head of the company's US information technology organization, you'll be the leader who takes their business to their next levels of growth and builds out the new structure of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement your IT strategy in order to align with company objectives and growth goals
- Building the organization and keeping it current and advancing with emerging technology advancements - leveraging them to increase operational efficiency and to drive innovation across the company
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security and data integrity
- Develop and implementation of a robust IT infrastructure, implement robust cybersecurity and data management strategies.
- Lead the company's digital transformation leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance decision making and driving business growth
- Build a high-performing IT team to align with the goals and needs of the company as you see fit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing IT operations and strategy within a manufacturing organization
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and emerging technologies
- Experience with SYSPRO ERP preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL are a plus
