Job Details
Position:- PACS Imaging Analyst
Experience: -8+ Years
Location: -Chicago, IL (3 days/Week)
Responsibilities: -
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents related to Merge PACS, PowerScribe One/360, and Fuji Synapse.
- Collaborate with SMEs and vendors for application issue resolution and migration clean-up.
- Monitor and triage Imaging Informatics tickets throughout the day.
- Provide regular updates to operational stakeholders on application health and issues.
- Participate in team huddles and operational meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
