Citibank, N.A seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high-volume applications in partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders. Manage multiple workstreams and applications across geographies for Regulatory domain. Review business requirements, determine scope, and define user stories for impacted application groups. Identify and communicate risks and impacts, and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, coordination, and execution of plan within required timelines and budget. Contribute to ideation of strategies and processes for product roadmap. Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic functional decisions. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems, and industry standards. Review project deliverables ensuring adherence to quality standards. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing business analysis activities. Employer will accept three (3) years of university-level studies plus two (2) years of related experience in meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Six (6) years of experience must include: Writing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements and performing technical analysis associated with screening and workflow systems; Coordinating with stakeholders and development teams for end-to-end execution, implementation, and delivery of complex projects and solutions; Performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex projects; Working with complex source data and data relationships and utilizing same for reporting enrichments; Documenting process flow diagrams using MS Office, Visio, and requirements in the form of JIRA stories; and Providing project-level analysis and producing required project analysis documentation including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, and UAT plans. 40 hrs./wk.
