Position: General Accountant

Location: Fountain Valley, CA.



Requirements:




  • Experience as general accountant.

  • Knowledge of accounting processes and software.

  • Fluent in English and optional Korean competency a plus!

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional operations: effective team-oriented communicator, written and verbal

  • Preferred experience with Access, SQL queries, SAP System, Excel.




Responsibilities:



  • General Accountant will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents.

  • Entering financial data and transactions into the ledger.

  • Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts.

  • Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.

  • Supporting internal Auditors, in their duties as needed.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Parts accounting 40 %

    • Auditing invoices for Parts and ACCY interface from AMOS (3 way match).

    • Confirm invoices for payment in AMOS using 3-way verification.

    • Manage collections.

    • Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis.



  • Accounts reconciliations and Warranty expense 40%

    • Perform Inventory accounts reconciliations.

    • Warranty expense management.

    • Perform month end accounting postings.



  • Support with quarterly Audit reports and ad-hoc reports 20%

    • Support Management with various reports.




Work Schedule & Travel Requirements:


  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

  • Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.


The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
