Job Description
The AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) and AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) Monitoring and Support role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and stability of the Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform systems. The individual in this role will monitor the performance of these systems, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide support to users to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring: 24X7 Monitoring the performance and health of the Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform systems to ensure optimal functioning and adherence to defined service level agreements.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform, including but not limited to system errors, data discrepancies, and integration problems.
Support: Provide technical support to Dev teams and Business stake holders from multiple lines of businesses, including answering queries, troubleshooting problems, and offering guidance on system usage and best practices.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents related to the AJO and AEP systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to users and business operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of AJO and AEP processes, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, and IT teams, to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of issues.
Deployment Support: Support deployment activities and participate in pre deployment KT sessions and review design documents, inventory and go-live checklist
Oncall rotation: Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift rotation to provide round-the-clock support coverage
