Job Details
Job Title: MongoDB Database Administrator / Engineer
Location: Woodbridge Township, NJ
Exp : 12+ years
Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension/conversion
Required:
- 7+ years of Engineering experience or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of:
- 7+ years of MongoDB Database Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Expertise in MongoDB architecture, including replication, sharding, and performance tuning.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB query language, aggregation framework, and indexing strategies.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments and Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and storage integration.
- Experience with monitoring tools: MongoDB Atlas, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven leadership in incident management and change control processes.
