Role: Storage Operations Specialist EMC Isilon & Pure Storage
Location: - San Jose, CA DAY 1 ONSITE

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer large-scale storage infrastructure with a primary focus on EMC Isilon and Pure Storage systems.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex storage issues across multi-petabyte environments.
- Implement and maintain data protection strategies, including replication, snapshots, and backup integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications and projects.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices for data storage and access.
- Plan and execute storage migrations, upgrades, and patching with minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for storage architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Engage in vendor management and capacity forecasting to align with business growth.
- Automation skills and scripting.
