Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing business processes and systems to drive improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. As a key interface between Sales Enablement, sellers, and sales leaders, you will deliver and lead projects that contribute to our organization's competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Senior Designer will design and develop engaging and interactive user experiences for LMS, LXP, and Seismic, ensuring that the material is clear, concise, and aligned with our training objectives
* Propose and justify new technology solutions, creating detailed business cases to demonstrate return on investment and strategic value
* Provide strategic insights to senior management regarding technological advances and competitive positioning
* Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions, managing the scope and timelines of projects
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
* As a Senior Designer, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive launch plans to verify that systems and applications meet both technical specifications and business needs
* Conduct analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
* Perform system gap analyzes to document discrepancies in current systems and recommend solutions
* Define and document system specifications and architecture, keeping scalability, security, and integration at the forefront
* Comfortability identifying KPIs and data metrics for driving business cases
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on designing for enterprise platforms
* Required 5 years of minimum experience in Seismic, integrations, and user experience design for LMS, LXP, and Salesforce
* Experience in strategic planning and the ability to predict potential outcomes from different technology solutions
* Profound knowledge of systems development lifecycles, business process redesign, and continuous improvement methodologies
* Strong analytical skills and expertise in performing system gap analyses and synthesizing complex requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting functional documentation and requirement specifications
* Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
