Job Description

Program Manager Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the Medicaid reentry services subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure alignment with CMS guidance for all Medicaid reentry authorities
Provide project management for key tasks and objectives in implementing Section 5121 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 and any future reentry-related Medicaid authorities
Coordinate with the department and other departments to track grant related activities, processes, and outcomes
Convene and coordinate the Community Advisory Group
