Senior Platform Developer - Databricks / Data Engineering (Salesforce Data Preferred)
Role Overview
The Senior Platform Developer will build, maintain, and optimize high-performance data pipelines supporting the RTRA expansion. This role focuses on implementing robust and reusable components using Databricks, Azure, and Python frameworks, with emphasis on Salesforce and related operational data sources.

This role focuses on implementing robust and reusable components using Databricks, Azure, and Python frameworks, with emphasis on Salesforce and related operational data sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable ETL/ELT data flows using Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Data Factory.
- Implement error-handling, logging, and validation routines ensuring reliability and recoverability of data pipelines.
- Work closely with product analysts to translate business rules into transformation logic and data assets.
- Integrate Salesforce, SAP, and JIRA datasets into the unified RTRA data model.
- Design and execute unit and integration tests to ensure data quality and compliance with pipeline standards.
- Participate in peer reviews, contribute to CI/CD automation, and drive operational improvements.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and version-controlled code repositories.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-10 years of experience in data engineering, backend development, or platform integration.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, SQL, and Spark-based frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM data models.
- Understanding of data governance, CI/CD, and data quality frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile delivery environments.
