Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Argo Developer with a strong background in the Banking domain, specifically in Teller, Lending, and Sales & Service modules of ARGO software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting ARGO applications to streamline retail banking operations and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using ARGO software for core banking functions.
  • Customize and configure ARGO Teller, Sales & Service, and Lending modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional ARGO solutions.
  • Develop workflows, user interfaces, and backend logic within the ARGO platform.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ARGO application performance and functionality.
  • Work on data integration and interfaces with core banking systems and third-party vendors.
  • Provide production support and enhancements for existing ARGO applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ARGO applications, especially Teller, Lending, and Sales & Service modules.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking operations including account opening, loan origination, and teller transactions.
  • Experience in ARGO s proprietary development environment and workflow configuration.
  • Knowledge of backend systems, database interaction (SQL), and integration with core banking platforms.
  • Familiarity with financial industry compliance standards and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with core banking platforms (e.g., Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry).
  • Exposure to API integrations, middleware, and batch processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
