Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 Per Year
Description:
Join the team as a senior full stack engineer focusing on building a next-generation platform for financial control.
Utilize expertise in backend development and modern frontend frameworks to create scalable and secure enterprise platforms.
Apply strong engineering principles and knowledge of financial workflows in a regulated environment.
Experience with distributed data systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build modular, scalable services for core platform functions like calculation and adjustment workflows.
Develop maintainable backend code and front-end components using industry-standard technologies.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate complex workflows into robust platform features.
Lead the development of APIs, data validation layers, and UI modules with a focus on resilience and traceability.
Integrate the platform with external systems including reporting engines and data lakes.
Participate in architectural design, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in full stack software development focusing on backend and frontend technologies.
Experience building enterprise applications with complex workflow logic and audit requirements.
Understanding of financial products and product control functions is preferred.
Experience with relational databases and solid SQL skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native development practices.
Strong communication skills for working with business users and cross-functional teams.
