About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Software Engineering team as a Product Owner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on 'Project Genius' for a leading telecommunications company. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring the team delivers on client needs.


Required Skills



  • Heavy experience working in complex backend systems as a Technical Product Owner.



  • Experience in API, creating Swaggers, request/response payloads, ETL processing, integration patterns (microservices, batch files), SQL, Postman, Salesforce Integration, AEM.



  • Strong experience in product strategy, building roadmap, PI planning, prioritization, and backlog management.



  • Experience in the telecommunications industry and data privacy.



  • Advanced proficiency in software product management.



  • Writing user stories, agile project management, agile methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development), and agile scrum development.



  • Overall 10+ years of experience.




Responsibilities



  • Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach.



  • Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog.



  • Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops.



  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform and be responsible for team decisions.



  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.



  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies.



  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.



  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.



  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.



  • Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and best practices within the product team.
