Job Details
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting).
SuccessFactors certification preferred.
Strong understanding of HR business processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with integrations (e.g., SAP HCM, middleware tools like Dell Boomi or CPI) is a plus.
