Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment. Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce solutions including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, documentation, training. Manage and maintain system configuration: custom objects, flows, reports, dashboards. Partner with developers and third-party vendors to manage integrations, automations and advanced features. Stay current on Salesforce releases, evaluating new features and recommending enhancements to improve system performance and business value. Work with other business stakeholders to insure both platform and materials reflect enhancements and functionality. Ensures delivery of technical documentation and relevant training to ensure successful handoff of project deliverables to application support teams.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$110,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

- Delivery of technical documentation and relevant training
- Build and enhance business processes using Salesforce Flows, validation rules and other automation tools to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs
- Be a go-to resource for team members for troubleshooting and support
