Job Details
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Business Analyst to support the execution of the companys first annual Third-Party Connectivity Governance Attestation process. This role is critical in ensuring the successful completion of approximately 5,000 connectivity attestations over a 5.5-month period. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity and tight deadlines while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Execute the annual attestation process for third-party connectivity, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Collaborate with internal business owners and stakeholders, many of whom are new to the process. Guide stakeholders through data discovery and validation, even when information is not readily available. Manage and prioritize a high volume of attestations to meet project deadlines. Identify and resolve data collection gaps or challenges independently or collaboratively. Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to the project team and leadership. Provide feedback to improve future iterations of the attestation process. Work closely with other analysts and report to the Program Manager or designated project lead. Required Qualifications 35 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role. Proven experience managing large volumes of data and meeting fixed project deadlines. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to guide stakeholders through unfamiliar processes. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving problems proactively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or third-party management programs. Familiarity with attestation processes, data validation, or IT audit practices. Experience using the OneTrust platform. Ability to develop process documentation, guides, or training materials. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively. Preferred Qualifications Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement certification. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts. Certifications Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification (preferred). Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Lean/Six Sigma
