Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration within the financial services or technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks, dependencies, and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in project management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT or business projects in a structured environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or payment processing domains.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
