Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA / Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months+

Job Description:

The Digital Workplace Data Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between technology teams, business stakeholders, and end-users within Client, ensuring effective delivery of communications, reporting, and process improvements. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to leadership and customers.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
    • Automate recurring reporting processes using Python scripts and integrations with enterprise systems.
    • Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.
  2. Communications & Audience Management
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define audience segmentation and requirements for targeted communications.
    • Develop, test, and deliver automated messaging campaigns across Microsoft Teams, email, and other digital workplace tools.
    • Build and customize dynamic content leveraging HTML, JSON adaptive cards, and REST APIs for personalized end-user experiences.
    • Track engagement metrics and provide insights on communication effectiveness.
  3. Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive communication or reporting tasks.
    • Integrate tools and systems via REST APIs to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of content and data.
    • Support the continuous improvement of digital workplace processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  4. Stakeholder & Feedback Management
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders, to align communications with organizational goals.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine communications strategy and reporting outputs.
    • Ensure the timely resolution of issues impacting communication delivery or data accuracy.
  5. Innovation & Best Practices
    • Stay up to date with emerging digital workplace tools, analytics practices, and automation technologies.
    • Drive adoption of new solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams adaptive cards, intelligent automation) to enhance collaboration and engagement.
    • Share best practices for data-driven communication and reporting across the organization.
