Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Domain Level Project Coordinator for one of its clients Atlanta, GA

Job Title: Domain Level Project Coordinator

Summary

A Domain Coordinator is a servant-leader responsible for optimizing the flow of work within a Domain, while maintaining alignment to portfolio goals. They collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Architecture and Agile teams that are in the Domain.

Required skills:

  • Foster collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and Agile leaders. Act as an agile mentor to support Scrum Masters and Product Managers on Agile best practices.
  • Support hiring manager with onboarding of new Scrum Masters Optimize the flow of work across teams and remove blockers. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Quarterly Planning Events (QPEs) and Scrum of Scrums.
  • Track and manage risks, dependencies, progress of completed vs committed work using the Scrum of Scrums; resolve and report issues as needed to team and domain management for further action
  • Ensure compliance with governance and Agile processes. Support teams in decision-making and problem-solving. Drive continuous improvement and retrospectives within the domain.
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact (POC) for MwOW Agile Principal for MwOW communications around QBR and QP events.

Key Skills:

Domain Expertise

  • Understanding of business value prioritization and economic decision-making.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple Agile teams. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, other Agile collaboration tools.

Agile Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum Kanban SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience coaching Agile teams on self-organization cross-functionality.
  • Ability to facilitate agile events retrospectives quarterly planning sessions.

Individual Skills

  • Strong negotiation conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze track progress risks dependencies.
