Team Agility Coach to guide and lead teams and leaders within the Market Risk organization through their transformation journey.

• This is a hands-on role able to effectively lead, inspire and guide about three agile teams in their growth on that journey.
• Team Coaches are experienced leaders and change agents to coach and guide teams, individuals, leadership and the organization towards organizational adaptability and effective delivery, while understanding and respecting their context.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Expert in agile and lean practices and approaches
• Scrum Master and Team Coaching certifications: PSM 2/3, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICE-AC.
• Solid understanding of de-scaling and scaling approaches for agility, such as Team Topologies, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, Scrum at Scale, SAFe.
• Deep understanding of the core skills of facilitating, coaching, mentoring, training and leading in an agile lean context.
• Several years of software development experience such as leadership, engineering, or testing.
• Several years of Scrum Master and agile team coaching experience.
• Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Tools: Jira, Jira Align, Lucidspark, Confluence; or similar.
• Financial Services or regulatory industry experience.

Pay Range: $80- $85

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
