Service Desk / Desktop Support
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk / Desktop Support professional to join our dynamic IT team. This role provides critical support to end-users across the organization, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems and a positive user experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- IT Background: Previous experience in a service desk or helpdesk role with a solid foundation in IT support.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to connect with end-users and build strong relationships.
- Independence and Teamwork: Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support, including:
- PC setup and configuration.
- Printer configuration.
- Troubleshooting IT issues via phone and in person.
- General helpdesk and desktop support tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for end-users.
Technical Environment:
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
