We are looking for a Workday Integration Developer. The position details are as follows.

Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension
Complete Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday, PeopleSoft, and other URI enterprise systems.
Use Workday integration technologies, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with URI business, functional, and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet URI needs.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and error handling for inbound and outbound integrations.
Assist with integration troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing support.
Participate in integration testing, validation, and documentation.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration processes, interfaces, and workflows.
Support cutover and post-go-live integration activities as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing integrations for ERP/HCM/Finance systems.
Demonstrated experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, web services).
Familiarity with PeopleSoft data structures, integration methods, and ERP concepts.
Experience working in or with higher education environments.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Workday and/or PeopleSoft implementation experience.
Experience with additional middleware/integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
Experience supporting integrations in higher education or public sector environments.
