Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Analyst III to join our data warehouse team in Reston, Virginia. This is a hybrid role requiring four days onsite and one day offsite per week. The selected candidate will work closely with business users, analysts, developers, and the Data Management manager to troubleshoot data variances, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. The role demands strong analytical skills, advanced SQL expertise, and a deep understanding of data warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex requirements by reviewing STTMs and troubleshoot failures in a production environment.
• Propose and implement solutions to resolve identified issues and improve product quality.
• Write SQL scripts for data corrections and coordinate with technical team members to ensure successful implementation.
• Verify and certify data changes after implementation.
• Collaborate with systems analysts or tech leads to articulate technology solutions and requirements to stakeholders.
• Understand and document data lineage, source-to-target mapping, and data elements accurately.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings and ideas.
• Document and communicate results of data and business requirements effectively.
• Manage competing resources and priorities efficiently.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Business/Data Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably on Oracle databases, and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse/Mart concepts.
• Experience using Toad and comparing data from various sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Outlook.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on high-visibility projects.
• Preferred experience in Multifamily or Single-Family mortgage domains.

Pay Range: $55 - $60
