As IT System Test Engineer Sr, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the activities involved in testing and solving testability problems. Integrates test automation solutions with enterprise infrastructure and architectures. You will leverage extensive software engineering and testing skills to identify risks and potential defects within software components or systems. You will be responsible for influencing software and/or systems development decisions by reviewing work and providing recommendations for design, coding or testing approach, which could include conducting or participating in design reviews, code reviews, or other methods to ensure systems product quality. You will plan and organize testing activities across software development life cycle, considering various methods and techniques to obtain efficient solutions. You will be focusing on implementing the recommendations for using technology to improve testing approaches.

responsibilities:
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern programming practices in enterprise environments.
Expertise in creating, reviewing, optimizing test cases, designing and leading automation for complex AI-driven projects (OCR, Chatbots, SharePoint), ensuring full coverage of functional, API, and integration scenarios
Deep understanding of data structures, API testing, and system interaction patterns.
Proficient with GitHub, AWS, and secure API development/testing.
In-depth Knowledge of corporate security and compliance standards (PCI, SOX, WCAG).
Experience designing and executing automated tests for UI, API, and backend systems.
Skilled in test planning, risk analysis, effort estimation, and resource management for automation projects.
Strong command of vendor software integration and cross-platform testing.
Ability to capture and report test execution metrics and drive resolution of critical defects.
Hands-on experience deploying and running test automation frameworks on AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, ECS)
Captures test activity information during execution. Communicates regularly with project members and advocates for resolution of high priority problems
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS) and a minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, testing and supporting software programs and applications.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, testing and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.
